Job Purpose
The PSP Associate (Salesforce Database) will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Salesforce database, ensuring its optimal performance and usability for various UNHCR operations. This role involves managing data integrity, assisting users with system queries, and contributing to the development and implementation of new features or improvements. The associate will play a crucial part in leveraging the Salesforce platform to enhance data management capabilities, streamline processes, and support decision-making within the organization. Responsibilities
The PSP Associate (Salesforce Database) will be tasked with providing comprehensive support for the Salesforce database, including user administration, data entry, and data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, responding to user inquiries, and providing guidance on Salesforce functionalities. The associate will assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements, including creating reports, dashboards, and workflows. Furthermore, the position requires participation in testing new features and updates, documenting processes, and contributing to user training materials. The associate will also support data migration activities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. A key responsibility will be to monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience, thereby supporting UNHCR's operational objectives.
Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in database administration, with a specific focus on Salesforce. Experience in data management, system support, and user assistance is required.
