Job Purpose

Responsibilities

This includes assisting in the development and execution of digital fundraising initiatives, such as online appeals, social media campaigns, and email marketing, to engage potential donors and maximize contributions. The role involves managing donor communications, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive donor experience. The assistant will also help in segmenting donor databases, analyzing campaign performance, and generating reports to track progress against fundraising targets. Furthermore, the position requires supporting the cultivation and stewardship of existing donors, including acknowledging donations and providing updates on UNHCR's impact. Work Experience
