Job Purpose

Responsibilities
The PSP Associate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of UNHCR's private sector engagement strategy. This includes assisting in the identification and cultivation of potential corporate partners, foundations, and individual donors. The Associate will help develop and execute fundraising campaigns and initiatives, including digital fundraising efforts and events. A key responsibility will be managing donor communications and ensuring timely and accurate reporting on fundraising progress. The role involves maintaining donor databases and CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and providing insights for strategic planning. The PSP Associate will also support the team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other fundraising materials. Additionally, the Associate will conduct research on potential partners and market trends to inform engagement strategies. Work Experience
Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in fundraising, partnership development, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the non-profit sector or with private sector engagement.
