Job Purpose

Responsibilities
The Administrative Intern will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and management of documents, including filing, scanning, and organizing records. This includes maintaining an up-to-date filing system, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to information. The intern will also support the office in logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, and travel, which may involve booking venues, arranging transportation, and preparing necessary materials. Additionally, the role involves providing general administrative support to staff, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. The intern may also assist with basic financial tasks, like processing invoices or expense claims, under supervision. Furthermore, they will help in maintaining office supplies inventory and ensuring the availability of necessary resources. Contributing to the smooth running of the office by performing any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor is also a key responsibility. This includes assisting with data entry and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information.
