Job Purpose

Responsibilities
The Senior PSP Individual Giving Associate is responsible for developing annual plans for donor acquisition, retention, and development, including financial forecasts and projections. They will manage and enhance donor servicing and communications to ensure best-in-class donor care, utilizing various channels like telemarketing, digital, and mail. This includes supervising the implementation of campaigns such as upgrades, conversions, acquisition, and loyalty programs. The associate will draft submissions for funding, contribute to detailed annual plans, and supervise progress against work plans, budgets, and targets. They will oversee middle-value donor activities and manage communication with the IG Fundraising Unit and major donor specialists. Responsibilities also include supervising donor database management, ensuring data accuracy and providing analysis. For Donor Acquisition, they will lead the development and management of Face to Face fundraising strategies, budgets, and supplier relations, while also overseeing digital fundraising activities, external supplier relationships, and online content. They will ensure the integration of various digital channels like SMS and DRTV, supervise lead generation programs, and maintain relationships with digital fundraising suppliers. For Donor Retention and Development, they will define and supervise data strategies, manage donor journeys, monitor supporter experience initiatives, and oversee donor development communications through various media. This includes supervising email marketing segmentation, retention communication materials, and coordinating with telemarketing suppliers to improve income from regular donors.
