Job Purpose
The Consultant National Junior (NOB) will provide operational support and data analysis to assist senior consultants in a project. The role involves collecting and processing data from various sources, including document reviews and stakeholder interviews. A key function is to ensure the smooth logistical and administrative operations of the project, including managing meetings and tracking deliverable deadlines. The position also requires actively monitoring the project's operational roadmap and maintaining a centralized knowledge base for the final report, contributing to the overall successful execution of project milestones.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include compiling and structuring data gathered from document reviews and stakeholder interviews. The role will manage the organization of weekly meetings, including taking minutes and tracking approval deadlines, ensuring that deliverables are submitted within the stipulated 10 working days for validation. The consultant will also assist senior consultants in monitoring the milestones of the operational roadmap. Furthermore, the position involves centralizing technical documentation from partners and maintaining the project's knowledge base to support the final report. This includes ensuring all technical documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Work Experience
Proven experience as a computer technician with strong skills in hardware and software environments (configuration, deployment, maintenance of mobile devices/tablets). Experience with Agile Scrum methodology (sprint facilitation, backlog tracking, agile rituals) is required. Experience in quality processes (assurance, control, compliance testing, acceptance protocols, traceability) is desirable, particularly in industrial or electronic assembly environments. Prior experience with UN agencies, censuses, or PPP frameworks is an asset.
Skills
Excellent analytical, writing, and reporting skills. Strong organizational and data analysis capabilities. Proficiency in French (written and oral) is mandatory. Good working knowledge of English is required. Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello is beneficial.
