The sector is vibrant but faces challenges, with many creative professionals lacking essential digital and entrepreneurial skills for the modern marketplace.
Job Purpose
This assignment aims to equip creative professionals and entrepreneurs in Pakistan with practical and accessible digital skills. It addresses critical gaps in familiarity with digital production tools, awareness of online platforms for showcasing work, and capacity for digital self-promotion. The workshop will be hands-on, catering to diverse digital literacy levels. The consultant will design and deliver a two-module digital arts workshop. This includes developing the full curriculum and training materials for "Digital Visual Arts Production" and "Getting Your Art Online: Distribution, Branding and the Digital Creative Business." The consultant will also mobilize qualified trainers, organize a mentorship session, and ensure inclusive outreach and recruitment of 15-20 participants, prioritizing women and youth. Logistics coordination, including venue, equipment, and participant travel, is required. The workshop will be delivered interactively, with all training materials provided in Urdu and/or English. Data collection, pre- and post-assessments, and project visibility are essential. A final report with recommendations is due within two weeks of completion.
