Job Purpose
This role provides essential professional support for the administration of the Register of the Museum Fund of Ukraine. Key responsibilities include organizing user support services, conducting training for museum representatives, and collecting technical and functional requirements for system enhancement. The goal is to maintain stable and uninterrupted operation of the Register, deliver timely and high-quality user support, and facilitate systematic training, thereby contributing to the digital transformation of the museum sector and effective state-level management of museum resources.
Responsibilities
The consultant will provide user support and coordinate the day-to-day functional administration of the Register of the Museum Fund of Ukraine. This includes promptly responding to inquiries from museums, organizing user training sessions, and preparing methodological and explanatory materials. The role involves collecting proposals and technical requirements for future system development. Responsibilities also extend to monitoring the Register's continuous operation, interacting with development teams, system administrators, and museum representatives to ensure proper functioning, and facilitating data backup, protection, and recovery procedures in line with cybersecurity requirements. The consultant will process user requests, offer consultations, guide users on data entry and maintenance, monitor system availability, and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams. They will also participate in system maintenance and improvement, support users during updates, collect and consolidate user feedback, and formulate technical requirements for system enhancement.
Work Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience is needed in information system administration, user support, or technical support for digital platforms and electronic registers. Experience in organizing user consultations, conducting training, and preparing system documentation is essential. Collaboration with developers, administrators, and institutional representatives on system support and enhancement is also required. Familiarity with state electronic registers and digital data management is necessary.
Skills
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. The ability to respond promptly to requests, manage a high volume of inquiries, and coordinate effectively among diverse user groups is critical for this role.
