Consultant - Content Manager of the Public Portal of the Register of Museum Funds of Ukraine

Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the systematic development of the public portal for the Register of Museum Funds of Ukraine. This involves creating a high-quality digital resource that provides broad access to museum heritage, promotes Ukrainian museums, and offers a modern, structured, and accessible representation of cultural assets. The role is crucial for maintaining the portal as an open digital environment for presenting museum information, promoting cultural heritage, and engaging a wide audience through structured data and thematic content.
Responsibilities
The Consultant will be responsible for the systematic content development and management of the public portal. This includes planning, creating, editing, structuring, and publishing textual, visual, and multimedia content. Key duties involve regularly updating portal content, managing content production for articles, news, and descriptions, and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of all published information. The role also requires maintaining content quality and consistency, ensuring compliance with accessibility, UX/UI, open data, and copyright standards. Additionally, the consultant will prepare analytical reports on portal performance, analyze user interaction data, and develop recommendations for content strategy improvement to support portal development.
Work Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in content management, digital communications, or web administration is necessary. Experience in content creation and publishing, along with working with diverse stakeholders such as government, museums, and IT teams, is essential. Understanding of UX/UI, accessibility, open data, and copyright principles is also required.
Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for this role. The ability to effectively manage content and collaborate with various stakeholders is crucial for success.
