Job Purpose

Responsibilities
The Data Collection and Quality Control Clerk is responsible for managing the inventory of land titling and cadastral files, including registration, tracking status, and ensuring proper custody. This role involves conducting quality control checks on files, verifying personal documents, cadastral forms, and other required documentation. The clerk will capture and update cadastral data into the program's database, ensuring accuracy and adherence to ANATI's quality standards. Additionally, the position supports the generation and quality control of cadastral maps, participates in public expositions in communities, and assists in the implementation of socio-economic and environmental development plans within the watershed.
Work Experience
Previous experience in data entry, quality control, or administrative support is required. Experience working with government agencies, particularly in land administration or titling, is highly desirable. Familiarity with database management and document control systems is beneficial.
