Job Purpose
The Program Coordinator (AtlasTP) will lead the technical and operational aspects of the AtlasTP program, a digital repository mapping initiatives between technical-professional education institutions and the productive sector. The role aims to expand AtlasTP's coverage to higher education, redesign its purpose as a collective learning infrastructure, and enhance its impact in demonstrating the value of education-business collaboration. This position is crucial for consolidating advancements and executing the "Chile Crece: TP" agenda, ensuring AtlasTP's coherence with broader national strategies and its effective deployment.
Responsibilities
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the technical and operational leadership of the AtlasTP program, reporting to the Undersecretariat of Higher Education. Key duties include coordinating program development and progress, reporting on indicators and learnings, and preparing documentation for the Advisory Council. The role involves generating and managing partnerships with public, private, and educational entities. Responsibilities also include coordinating the adaptation and redesign of the AtlasTP platform to include higher education institutions and enhance its functionality, defining and implementing criteria for initiative description and editorial curation, and ensuring data quality. Furthermore, the coordinator will lead the systematization of best practices in training models and facilitate knowledge exchange and promotion of relevant topics within the program.
