Job Purpose
The Infrastructure Project Management Associate will ensure the technical structuring and execution of the project's infrastructure components. This involves coordinating procurement with field implementation, guaranteeing quality, regulatory compliance, risk control, and adherence to international standards. The role provides comprehensive technical-administrative support for planning, monitoring, financial control, documentation management, logistics coordination, and operational follow-up of the project. It ensures traceability, product control, timely delivery, and effective coordination among all stakeholders involved in the infrastructure project's implementation, contributing to institutional strengthening and sustainable development.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include: - Physical and Financial Monitoring: Track project progress, budget execution, contract status, milestones, and deliverables. Update schedules, control matrices, dashboards, and progress indicators. Identify deviations, operational alerts, and risks, reporting them promptly. - Document Management: Implement and maintain document control and information traceability mechanisms. Manage physical and digital archives, ensuring organization, integrity, and availability of project documents, including contracts, reports, and plans. - Contract and Deliverable Tracking: Monitor administrative and operational aspects of contracts and consultancies. Track timely delivery of products and reports from consultants and contractors, verifying compliance with administrative and documentary requirements for payments. - Logistics and Operational Support: Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, workshops, field visits, and technical missions. Assist with procurement processes and coordinate information gathering for internal project processes. - Reporting and Control: Consolidate and prepare periodic reports on physical-financial progress and project implementation status. Collect and analyze information for monitoring, audits, and institutional reporting. Support risk matrix updates and contribute to internal control mechanisms.
Work Experience
A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in project support, administration, or infrastructure management is required. Experience in monitoring, document control, and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders is essential.
