Organizational Context
The UNDP is implementing the "Sembrando Vida" and "Juntos por el Bienestar" projects in Central America and the Caribbean, aligning with Mexico's commitment to regional cooperation and inclusive development. The role supports the Directorate General of International Cooperation Projects in El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Belize, and Cuba.
Job Purpose
The Auxiliary in Records and System Review role is designed to provide essential support to the "Sembrando Vida" and "Juntos por el Bienestar" projects. The primary purpose is to assist in the meticulous review and validation of applicant records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency. This involves verifying information against operational guidelines, identifying and rectifying errors or inconsistencies, and supporting the compilation of beneficiary data. The role contributes to the efficient and transparent management of project documentation and the overall success of these international cooperation initiatives aimed at fostering development and well-being in the region.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include supporting the verification and cleansing of applicant information, ensuring all required data is complete and free of inconsistencies. The role involves assisting in the detection and correction of errors, duplicates, or incomplete records. Additionally, the Auxiliary will help validate applicant eligibility against project guidelines, preliminary determining application status, and registering evidence for traceability. The position also supports the compilation and organization of validated beneficiary data, including demographic information, and assists with bulk data downloads from relevant systems. The incumbent will perform other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient office operations.
Work Experience
For candidates with a High School Diploma, a minimum of 3 years of experience in public administration, business administration, management, human resources, accounting, or a related field is required. For candidates with a university degree, no specific experience is required, but it will be considered.
Skills
Experience supporting government offices (federal, state, or municipal) or public sector entities. Experience in public services directed at citizens. Desired skills include report writing and experience with large-scale data management systems.
