Job Purpose
This internship within the UNDP's People Programmes and Partnership (PPP) Unit in Copenhagen aims to support the development and maintenance of client-oriented HR services, ensuring the JPO Service Centre (JPOSC)/PPP operates as a model of excellence. The intern will contribute to key HR functions, including data analysis and reporting from client satisfaction surveys, recruitment coordination, and supporting learning and development activities. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in HR operations within an international development organization, contributing to the effective management of talent programmes and supporting the UNDP's mission to achieve sustainable development goals.
Responsibilities
The intern will primarily support Human Resources Reporting by retrieving, analyzing, and compiling results from annual client satisfaction surveys, including updating questionnaires, monitoring participation, and preparing presentations. Additionally, the intern will assist with recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, soliciting reference checks, and drafting interview reports. A significant portion of the role involves supporting other JPOSC PPP activities, such as preparing for JPO pre-departure briefings, assisting with learning and development materials and activities, managing the Global Coffee Roulette project, and providing support for ad hoc tasks related to managed programmes.
Work Experience
Prior experience in reporting is considered an asset. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with graphic design, reporting software, and data visualization tools is also beneficial.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), data analysis, reporting, presentation preparation, interview coordination, reference checks, project management, and strong organizational and communication skills.
