The communication team seeks to enhance its online presence and multimedia content quality.

Job Purpose

This internship supports the UNDP Morocco communication team in creating diverse multimedia content, including videos, infographics, images, and animations. The goal is to promote UNDP Morocco's initiatives and projects to various stakeholders, such as the general public, partners, and donors. The role contributes to strengthening the organization's online presence and improving the quality and impact of its communication materials, aligning with the broader mission of achieving Sustainable Development Goals.

Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Communication Analyst, the intern will be responsible for graphic design, creating visuals for social media, presentations, and reports. This includes producing short videos for digital platforms, editing them, and focusing on UNDP projects and beneficiary testimonials. The role also involves developing simple animations for data and concept illustration, photography and retouching for events and field activities, and supporting social media management by proposing creative ideas to boost engagement. Additionally, the intern will conduct creative research to stay updated on multimedia trends and suggest innovative approaches to enhance content quality and impact.

Work Experience

No specific prior work experience is explicitly required, but candidates should possess a strong portfolio demonstrating previous multimedia content creation work. Practical experience in graphic design, video production, and social media support is beneficial.

Skills

Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong creativity for visually appealing content. Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts into accessible visuals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attention to detail. Fluency in French and English (oral and written) is required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
