Organizational Context
The AMEXCID-UNDP Cooperation Program (PROCAP) supports Mexico's international development cooperation efforts, aligning with SDG 17 and the National Development Plan. The Public Administration Analyst will be part of AMEXCID's operational structure, specifically within the Executive Directorate or an assigned general directorate, overseeing various cooperation initiatives.
Job Purpose
The Public Administration Analyst's primary purpose is to support the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID) in consolidating its institutional framework and strengthening its International Development Cooperation (IDC) policy. This role contributes significantly by elaborating and analyzing technical proposals for cooperation projects, ensuring their alignment with AMEXCID's strategic objectives. The analyst will monitor project execution, including budgetary oversight, to guarantee transparency and regulatory compliance. Furthermore, the role involves acting as a key technical liaison with national and international stakeholders, facilitating coordination across various AMEXCID areas. The analyst will also track organizational structure and identify talent needs for specific project implementation, thereby enhancing AMEXCID's capacity as both a recipient and provider of IDC and supporting the broader Integral Development Plan.

Work Experience
Candidates with a bachelor's degree require a minimum of four years of experience in public administration, project management, or project administration. For those holding a Master's degree, a minimum of two years of experience in the same areas is required.

Required skills include knowledge of public budgeting, experience working with multidisciplinary teams, and expertise in administrative and project management.
