The role of Auxiliary in Record Review supports the Directorate General of International Cooperation Projects for Development, Agreements, and Scholarships across El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Belize, and Cuba.
Job Purpose
The Auxiliary in Record Review role is designed to provide essential support to the "Sembrando Vida" and "Juntos por el Bienestar" projects by meticulously reviewing and processing applicant records. This position is crucial for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the data management processes within the Directorate General of International Cooperation Projects for Development, Agreements, and Scholarships. By accurately verifying and validating information, identifying inconsistencies, and maintaining organized records, the role directly contributes to the successful implementation of these development initiatives. The accurate compilation of beneficiary data also supports the projects' objectives of promoting food security, labor training, and overall community well-being in the target regions, ultimately aiding in reducing migration intentions and fostering shared prosperity.
Responsibilities
The Auxiliary in Record Review is responsible for supporting the verification and cleansing of applicant information, ensuring completeness and consistency, and identifying errors, duplications, or incomplete records for correction. This includes validating records against operational guidelines for "Sembrando Vida" and assisting in the preliminary determination of application eligibility. The role also involves compiling and organizing validated beneficiary data, including demographic variables, into designated systems to ensure traceability and transparency. Additionally, the position supports the maintenance of project archives and performs other related duties as required to ensure the efficient operation of the office and the organization. This includes assisting with report writing and the reception, registration, and handling of documents.
Work Experience
A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required in areas such as public administration, business administration, management, human resources, accounting, or a closely related field.
