Job Purpose
The Auxiliary in Records Review role is designed to provide essential support to the "Sembrando Vida" and "Juntos por el Bienestar" projects. The primary purpose is to assist in the thorough review and verification of incoming records, ensuring completeness and accuracy. This involves identifying and rectifying inconsistencies, errors, and duplications in applicant information. Additionally, the role supports the validation of applicant eligibility against established operational guidelines and helps compile beneficiary data for project tracking and reporting. By maintaining the integrity of project records and archives, this position contributes to the efficient and transparent implementation of international cooperation initiatives aimed at fostering inclusive development and shared prosperity in the region.
Responsibilities
The Auxiliary in Records Review will support the verification and de-duplication of applicant information, ensuring all required data is complete and free of inconsistencies. This includes identifying and flagging incomplete, inconsistent, or duplicate records for correction or exclusion, and assisting in data adjustments to meet defined standards. The role also involves validating applicant eligibility based on project guidelines, preliminarily determining application status, and recording evidence to ensure traceability and transparency. Furthermore, the position will assist in compiling and organizing validated beneficiary information, including demographic data such as age, gender, and location, for project coordination and reporting. The incumbent will also perform other related duties as required to ensure the efficient operation of the office and the organization.
Work Experience
For candidates with a high school diploma, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required in public administration, business administration, management, human resources, accounting, or a related field. Candidates with completed university-level studies (Licenciatura) are not required to have prior experience, but it will be considered.
Skills
Experience supporting government offices (federal, state, municipal) or public sector entities; experience supporting international cooperation projects; experience with social programs or government support initiatives; report writing; document reception, registration, and management; physical and digital file maintenance.
