Job Purpose

Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate training activities, including online and in-person courses on refrigeration best practices, leak detection, and handling flammable refrigerants. Support activities with educational institutions, aligning with updated curricula. Manage operational aspects of training, including attendance tracking, evaluations, and verification. Provide logistical and technical support for information gathering and dissemination related to refrigeration and air conditioning projects. Coordinate the organization and execution of dissemination events and courses. Maintain communication channels with educational and technical communities. Provide comprehensive logistical support for meetings and participation in relevant events. Support administrative and financial execution of projects, including payment verification, vendor management, ERP entries, and travel management.
