Organizational Context

Responsibilities

The intern will be involved in designing methodological notes for data collection across various sectors of the Beninese economy. Key duties include conducting comprehensive analyses of databases and national documents related to microeconomic and macroeconomic policies. The role requires collecting, analyzing, and processing statistical data for stochastic general equilibrium modeling. Participation in modeling activities using tools like SPSS, Eviews, and Stata is expected. The intern will also produce indicators on poverty, employment, and the informal sector, and draft analytical notes on economic and social statistics.
