This project, a collaboration with the National Council of Justice (CNJ), aims to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and accessibility of Brazilian judicial services through technological solutions, aligning with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals and the 2030 Agenda.
Job Purpose
The Business Associate will support the "Justiça 4.0" program by facilitating the collection and definition of functional and non-functional requirements for technological solutions. This role involves acting as a liaison between business areas, the Product Owner, and the project team, utilizing development processes, techniques, and tools to produce defined artifacts. The objective is to ensure that the developed solutions meet user needs and contribute to optimizing judicial management for all stakeholders, thereby improving the overall efficiency and accessibility of the Brazilian justice system and supporting the program's alignment with national and international development agendas.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include facilitating communication between business areas, Product Owners, and project teams; employing requirement gathering and analysis techniques to assess business processes; defining functional and non-functional project requirements; using modeling tools and languages for objective documentation; providing recommendations for requirements and process improvements; supporting project planning, backlog definition, and sprint planning; assisting in the deployment, monitoring, and support of developed solutions; documenting meetings, especially those related to requirements validation and solution approval; and contributing to knowledge management by identifying best practices and lessons learned. The role also involves supporting policy-oriented issues and contributing to inclusive digital transformation.
Work Experience
A minimum of 6 years of experience is required with a High School Diploma, or 3 years with a University Degree. This experience should be in business analysis, requirements definition, project management, or in utilizing requirement gathering and analysis techniques to evaluate business processes and define project requirements. Experience with IT tools, MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Planner), agile methodologies, and project management tools like Jira is also beneficial.
