The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Brazil, in partnership with the National Council of Justice, is implementing the 'Programa Justiça Plural'. This program aims to strengthen the Brazilian Judiciary's capacity in promoting human rights, socio-environmental protection, and access to justice, particularly for vulnerable populations, aligning with the 2030 Agenda's environmental, social, and governance principles.
Job Purpose
The Management Associate will support the Technical Coordination of the 'Programa Justiça Plural' in Brasília. This role is crucial for the effective implementation and operational success of the program. The incumbent will provide essential support in planning, monitoring, and evaluating program activities, ensuring the quality of technical outputs. Responsibilities include document production and review, facilitating communication among stakeholders, managing administrative processes, and contributing to institutional partnerships and knowledge management. The position plays a key role in ensuring the program meets its objectives and delivers impactful results for the Brazilian Judiciary and vulnerable communities.
Responsibilities
The Management Associate will support the Technical Coordination of the 'Programa Justiça Plural' by:
- **Strategic Planning and Monitoring:** Assist in planning and executing program activities, tracking progress against goals, updating monitoring systems, and preparing performance reports.
- **Document Production and Review:** Support the creation and revision of technical documents, reports, and publications, ensuring clarity and quality.
- **Communication and Coordination:** Organize meetings, prepare minutes, facilitate communication between the program, CNJ, UNDP, and partners, and represent the program in relevant events.
- **Administrative and Operational Management:** Assist in contract management, track administrative processes, manage procurement, and support event logistics.
- **Partnership and Knowledge Management:** Contribute to identifying and strengthening strategic partnerships, support recruitment and training initiatives, and facilitate the development and dissemination of program knowledge and best practices.
Work Experience
