Job Purpose
The Test Analyst will ensure the quality assurance of technology solutions developed for the 'Qualitative Judicial Training' project, specifically within Eixo 3. This role involves close collaboration with project focal points at Enfam and UNDP to evaluate front-end and back-end systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and delivery quality. The primary goal is to contribute to the successful implementation of innovative technological tools that support the pedagogical and administrative management of judicial training programs, thereby enhancing the effectiveness and innovation within the Brazilian Judiciary.
Responsibilities
The Test Analyst is responsible for the overall quality assurance of technology solutions. Key duties include designing and defining testing methodologies, developing test scenarios and cases, and specifying test requirements. The role involves implementing tests, optimizing tools and solutions, and developing strategies for data preparation and test execution across various types (functional, integration, end-to-end, load). Ensuring comprehensive test coverage and tool effectiveness is crucial. The analyst will automate tests, execute E2E and API tests, and validate system efficiency and reliability. Responsibilities also include identifying and reporting non-conformities, proposing solutions for corrections, and integrating work methodologies. Knowledge transfer to the project team and documentation of best practices are also key aspects of the role.
Work Experience
Candidates with a Master's degree require no specific professional experience. Those with a Bachelor's degree must have at least two years of experience in software development or relevant professional/academic technology experience. Desired experience includes IT proficiency, test scenario/case management, manual and automated testing, using testing tools (Cypress, Selenium, Postman, Playwright), SQL, relational/non-relational databases, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), agile methodologies, and project lifecycle management tools (Jira, Bugzilla).
