Job Purpose
This consultancy aims to provide technical expertise and capacity building on organizational development to women's professional associations and platforms promoting the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) Agenda in Moldova. The role will support these organizations in enhancing their capabilities to engage in institutional reforms and promote civic activism. The consultancy is framed within projects focused on women's increased leadership for resilient and peaceful societies, contributing to UN Women's strategic objectives in Moldova.
Responsibilities
The consultant will provide technical support and capacity building for the organizational development of women's professional associations and networks focused on the WPS Agenda within security, justice, and defense sectors, as well as peacebuilding efforts. Key duties include conducting consultations to identify organizational issues, delivering analytical reports with recommendations, providing guidance on strategic planning, developing learning modules on communication and resource mobilization, and delivering trainings and coaching sessions. The consultant will also develop a final report summarizing lessons learned and recommendations.
Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, corporate training, or organizational development is required. Experience in planning and executing organizational transformation projects, developing and delivering gender-sensitive leadership training, and working with international organizations, including the UN, is also required or advantageous.
