Job Purpose
This consultancy aims to enhance the strategic communication, public speaking, media presence, and personal branding skills of women in public leadership roles in Moldova. The consultant will develop and deliver tailored training modules to equip women MPs, mayors, senior executives, and aspiring candidates with the necessary tools to effectively communicate, manage their public image, and navigate digital platforms. This initiative is crucial for strengthening women's participation in decision-making processes and fostering a more inclusive and representative society, contributing to the UN Women's mandate and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Responsibilities
The consultant will develop comprehensive learning modules and facilitation guides on strategic communication, political communication, public speaking, media presence, social media strategy, content creation, and personal branding for women in public life. This includes designing practical, experiential formats like media simulations and on-camera exercises. The consultant will deliver up to six training sessions for groups of up to 25 participants, assessing knowledge through pre- and post-training questionnaires. Additionally, the consultant will prepare a final report detailing lessons learned, challenges encountered, and recommendations for future capacity-building efforts, ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices.
Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in designing and delivering training programs on strategic communication, political communication, public speaking, and media training, particularly for public figures or women in leadership. Experience in social media strategy, digital content creation, and personal branding coaching is also essential. Experience in developing curricula and facilitation guides for senior officials, addressing online harassment, and working with governmental or international organizations is advantageous.
