Job Purpose
This consultancy aims to enhance the strategic communication, public speaking, media presence, and personal branding skills of women leaders and emerging leaders in Moldova. By developing and delivering tailored training modules, the consultant will equip participants, including MPs, mayors, government officials, and private sector managers, with the necessary tools to effectively communicate, manage public perception, and navigate digital platforms. The ultimate goal is to strengthen women's leadership pipeline, promote gender-sensitive communication, and support their active participation in decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
The consultant will develop comprehensive learning modules and methodologies on strategic communication, social media, public speaking, media presence, and personal branding, aligning with international standards and adult learning principles. This includes creating practical, experiential formats like media simulations and content labs. The consultant is responsible for delivering at least six training sessions for a minimum of 25 participants each, utilizing pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge acquisition. A final report summarizing lessons learned, challenges, and recommendations for future capacity-building initiatives will also be required.
Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in designing and delivering training programs on strategic communication, public speaking, and media training, particularly for public figures or women in leadership roles. Experience in social media strategy, digital content creation, and personal branding coaching is also essential. Experience in curriculum development, using interactive methodologies, addressing online harassment, and working with governmental or international organizations is advantageous.
