The country faces persistent gender inequalities, with women underrepresented in decision-making roles. This consultancy supports the "Academy for Women in Public Leadership" initiative, aiming to strengthen women's leadership across the public sector.
Job Purpose
This consultancy aims to provide capacity building on crisis management and safe leadership for women in public administration and politics in Moldova. The consultant will develop and deliver training courses and provide advisory sessions to equip women leaders with the skills and confidence needed to navigate high-pressure situations, manage crises effectively, and promote gender-sensitive leadership. The role contributes to enhancing women's participation and leadership in decision-making processes, fostering inclusive and representative societies.
Responsibilities
The consultant will develop comprehensive learning modules and methodologies on crisis and safe leadership in politics, ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices. This includes content on framing, public presence, responding to gender disinformation, psychological resilience, and crisis communication. The consultant will deliver at least six training sessions for up to 25 participants each, and conduct pre- and post-training assessments. Individual advisory sessions will be provided as needed. A final report summarizing lessons learned, challenges, and recommendations will be submitted.
Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in designing and delivering leadership training programs, particularly for women in public roles, is required. Experience in developing curricula and facilitation guides for senior officials is essential. Experience working with governments or international organizations on governance and women's political participation is also required. Experience in crisis preparedness and resilience is an advantage.
