Responsibilities
The consultant will be responsible for planning and facilitating a two-day team-building retreat for UN Women Mozambique staff. This includes attending a pre-planning meeting to understand objectives and expectations, developing a facilitation plan based on the provided program, and preparing interactive session materials. The consultant will conduct the retreat using participatory methodologies and provide daily summaries of key action points and recommendations. A comprehensive retreat report, including agreed-upon recommendations, must be submitted after the event, with a final version delivered after incorporating feedback.
Work Experience
A minimum of 7 years of substantive national and international experience is required. This includes at least 3 years specifically in designing, planning, and conducting team-building trainings. The consultant must demonstrate the ability to guide planning sessions professionally and produce high-quality reports. Familiarity with the UN system is considered an asset.
