Job Purpose
This internship aims to provide structured programme, administrative, logistical, communications, and data support to ensure the effective implementation of the EntreprenHER Programme within the Blouberg and Musina Local Municipalities. The intern will work under the direct supervision of the EntreprenHER Programme Analyst and in close collaboration with Municipal Leads. The role is designed to support various programme activities, including event logistics, material preparation, data collection, and stakeholder coordination, contributing to the overall success of empowering women entrepreneurs in South Africa.
Responsibilities
Provide logistical support for programme activities such as trainings, mentorship sessions, graduations, and exhibitions, including preparing materials like attendance registers and name tags. Offer on-site support during events and field visits. Assist in maintaining organized programme files, updating beneficiary lists and activity schedules, and supporting follow-up communications. Contribute to data management by collecting and organizing attendance registers, performing basic data entry, and ensuring documentation completeness. Support communication efforts by coordinating with teams for event visibility and ensuring correct branding. Assist with meeting logistics and note-taking, gaining exposure to partnership coordination between UN Women, municipalities, trainers, and entrepreneurs.
