Job Purpose
This consultancy aims to provide specialized technical assistance in operational logistics and information systematization to support training, analysis, and dialogue processes. The objective is to strengthen women's political participation within the framework of projects implemented by UN Women Guatemala's Governance and Political Participation Area. The role will contribute to enhancing technical capacities, systematizing relevant information, and supporting the logistical management of interventions, ensuring their quality, relevance, and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
The consultant will support the operational logistics for training processes, meetings, and dialogue spaces, including event management, materials, and participant coordination. Responsibilities include providing logistical support for participant outreach and follow-up. The role involves conducting literature reviews and systematizing information generated from training, analysis, and dialogue processes, producing reports, minutes, and lessons learned. Effective coordination with UN Women is crucial for timely delivery of products and risk alerting. The consultant will assist in data collection, analysis, and systematization for analytical reports, and maintain communication with local counterparts to strengthen articulation and coordination.
Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required. Experience in operational logistics, information systematization, and supporting training or dialogue processes is essential. Experience working with gender equality and women's empowerment issues is desirable.
Skills
Proven ability to work in a team, report writing, knowledge product development, communication, intercultural communication, facilitation of participatory processes, and conflict resolution.
