Key duties include providing photo and video coverage of events, bilateral meetings, and other assignments, with in-office presence required for ad-hoc requests. The consultant will organize digital assets using best practices for file naming, classification, metadata tagging, and searchability. Responsibilities also encompass reviewing assets for quality and compliance with UN Women standards, applying technical and editorial guidelines, and assisting with digital asset inventory, usage, and permissions. The role requires same-day deliverable submission for assignments and light editing for video content.
Work Experience
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required. This includes proficiency in photo and video coverage, familiarity with digital asset management systems, and skills in image optimization and metadata management.
