Job Purpose
This consultancy aims to hire two national project management consultants to support the "Mulher+Tech" initiative. The consultants will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, documentation, and programmatic management of the project, ensuring the achievement of results and objectives. They will contribute to overcoming key barriers to women's digital inclusion, including accessibility, digital literacy, employability, and safety. The role involves systematic monitoring of the project timeline, budget execution, and performance indicators, as well as contributing to knowledge management and reporting.
Responsibilities
The consultants will systematically monitor the project implementation schedule, tracking progress of activities by civil society partners and identifying risks and opportunities. They will support the monitoring of budget and financial execution, analyzing narrative, quantitative, and qualitative reports. Responsibilities include contributing to the monitoring and analysis of project performance indicators, supporting the preparation of technical, managerial, and institutional reports for stakeholders. Consultants will participate in meetings, produce records, and support knowledge management by documenting best practices and lessons learned. They will also assist in designing and analyzing qualitative monitoring strategies, collecting and organizing materials for institutional communication, and updating UN Women's corporate systems and databases.
Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Social Project Management, with remote or in-person execution, is required, ensuring compliance with goals, deadlines, budget, and social impact. Essential skills include project management, monitoring and evaluation, budget management with resource control, reporting, and institutional communication. Experience with the Office Suite and/or data management tools is mandatory. Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project), implementing age, gender, and diversity perspectives in social projects, and managing social impact indicators are desirable.
