This includes conducting individualized and group mentorship sessions to guide and support women candidates. A key duty is documenting the journeys and best practices of mentored women. The role also involves providing support to UN Women in monitoring the progress and outcomes for beneficiaries. Deliverables include the development of the mentorship framework, regular reports on mentorship sessions, and a capitalization note summarizing lessons learned and experiences gained throughout the assignment.
Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required. This experience should include a proven track record in gender equality and women's rights. Expertise in the Haitian context is also essential for effectively supporting women candidates.
Skills
Excellent facilitation and mentorship session animation skills; ability to support and advise women candidates in sensitive contexts; strong knowledge of issues related to women's political participation; proficiency in developing mentorship and monitoring tools; excellent writing skills in French and Creole; English is an asset.
