Job Purpose

The expert will focus on institutional support for organizations and partners interested in gender and electoral processes, ensuring strategic alignment between national action plans and campaign recommendations, and collaborating closely with key ministries and electoral bodies to promote women's engagement in Haiti's political landscape.
Responsibilities
The Institutional Support Expert will analyze convergence and divergence between the General Estates action plan and campaign recommendations. They will facilitate dialogue between the Ministry for Women's Affairs and Rights (MCFDF), the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), and stakeholders to harmonize orientations. The role involves proposing concrete measures for action coherence and recommendation follow-up, and supporting the drafting of synthesis documents or joint reports. Key deliverables include an analysis report on plan articulation, validated proposals for harmonization, and shared synthesis documents, all aimed at strengthening women's political participation and promoting an inclusive electoral process.
Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required. Demonstrated expertise in gender equality and women's rights is essential, along with a strong understanding of the Haitian context and experience in institutional analysis and strategic coordination.
