Organizational Context
The Department of Management Strategy, Policy and Compliance (DMSPC) provides policy leadership in management areas through an integrated strategy and strengthened accountability mechanisms. The Business Transformation and Accountability Division (BTAD) ensures an agile, efficient, and accountable organization. This role is situated within the Analytics and Project Management Service of BTAD, reporting to the Change and Project Management Officer.
Job Purpose
This role supports the Business Transformation and Accountability Division (BTAD) by assisting in the coordination and planning of business transformation and accountability activities. The incumbent will monitor project proposals, compile and present data, review project documents for compliance, and serve as a liaison for administrative coordination. Responsibilities include drafting status reports, correspondence, and preparing periodic updates. The role also involves providing general office assistance, managing information requests, organizing meetings, and supporting data analysis and visualization efforts to aid in planning and decision-making.
Responsibilities
Key duties include assisting in the coordination and planning of programme/project activities related to business transformation and accountability, and monitoring proposals. The role involves compiling, summarizing, and presenting data on projects, and reviewing project documents, including cost plans and budgets, for compliance. The incumbent will act as a focal point for administrative coordination of project implementation, liaising with various organizational units. Responsibilities also include entering data on project delivery, drafting status reports, and preparing correspondence, periodic reports, and statistical summaries. General office assistance, managing information requests, organizing meetings, and providing guidance to junior staff are also required. The role supports data collection, analysis, and visualization for reporting and decision-making.
Work Experience
A minimum of five years of experience in programme or project administration is required. This is reduced to three years with a first-level university degree. Experience in data research, compilation, and analysis is necessary. Proficiency with Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting is required. Experience in data analytics and within international organizations is desirable.
