Job Purpose

Key contributions include research on fundraising opportunities, donor intelligence gathering to enhance retention, and data compilation for performance analysis. Responsibilities
Support the High-Value Donor (HVD) unit in designing and developing concept notes, proposals, and reports. Contribute to donor cultivation activities and products, including online webinars, seasonal outreach, loyalty gifts, and visibility materials such as social media posts. Assist in organizing field visits and developing branded items. Facilitate the organization of meetings and calls with partners. Conduct research on fundraising and networking opportunities, and support the unit in preparing for network events and prospect meetings. Perform donor intelligence research on existing high-value donors and their networks to enhance retention and cultivation. Compile data on HVD key performance indicators and support the preparation of quarterly reports and analyses on the High Value Donors portfolio.
