Job Purpose
This internship aims to provide students or recent graduates with practical experience in administrative support, records management, and document control within an international organization. The intern will support the Travel and Visa Unit in digitizing, organizing, and maintaining travel documentation. This role contributes to enhancing the efficiency of records management, improving data quality, and supporting decision-making through better accessibility of travel records and operational data. The position also involves assisting with process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
Responsibilities
Support the digital transformation and records management of the Travel and Visa Unit by organizing, validating, and maintaining electronic information according to standards. Assist in reviewing operational data to improve data quality and reporting accuracy. Contribute to developing and documenting business processes, SOPs, and workflows. Aid in business process automation by assisting with mapping, requirements gathering, and testing digital solutions. Provide analytical and coordination support for operational projects, including meeting documentation and action point monitoring. Help maintain operational dashboards and performance indicators. Conduct research on administrative best practices and process optimization. Handle official information with professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. Perform other assigned administrative support tasks.
Work Experience
No prior professional work experience is required for this internship. However, previous coursework, internships, or project work related to facilities management, logistics, or property administration is considered desirable. A field of study closely related to the internship is required.
