Organizational Context

Job Purpose

Responsibilities
Develop a donor landscape heat map using available intelligence and data. Support stakeholder coordination and gather information on Costa Rica's funding environment. Prepare analytical products and presentations for engagement with government counterparts and development partners. Assist in reviewing and drafting agreements and partnership-related documentation. Conduct research and analysis on regional priorities concerning international security, governance, and development cooperation. Monitor donor funding trends, emerging financing mechanisms, and resource mobilization opportunities for the UN Country Team. Support research, concept development, and partnership engagement for a regional trust fund for security-related programming, subject to organizational priorities and funding. Provide opportunities for engagement with international law research, policy analysis, and professional learning.
