Job Purpose

Additionally, the intern will aid in preparing presentation materials and perform various administrative duties. Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for researching, compiling, and summarizing background materials for meetings, reports, and other documents. Key duties include assisting in the coordination of service-wide activities, special projects, and events. The role also involves supporting the management and development of internal databases, updating the department's website, and generating various statistical and non-statistical reports. Furthermore, the intern will assist in preparing presentation materials using appropriate software and perform a range of administrative tasks as requested. The position may involve full-time (35 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week) work, with flexible location options including remote, hybrid, or in-person at UN Premises in New York.
Work Experience
