Responsibilities

The Assistant will coordinate with Ground Handling Agents for all operational aspects, including services like cleaning, equipment, refueling, and transportation. Responsibilities also involve checking airfield notices (NOTAMs), supporting refueling coordination, guiding passengers safely during boarding/disembarkation, and ensuring adherence to ramp safety procedures. The role includes conducting basic checks of ground support equipment, coordinating FOD campaigns, maintaining operational records, reporting incidents, and liaising with local authorities for necessary support such as airport passes and hangar space.
Work Experience
A minimum of five years of progressive experience in Air Transport Operations is required. This can be reduced to three years for candidates with a first-level university degree. Experience in ramp safety and aircraft ground handling practices is essential. Basic radio communication skills and physical fitness for outdoor ramp work are desirable.
