Job Purpose

Responsibilities
The Well-Being Unit Intern will undertake a range of duties designed to support the operational and strategic objectives of the Human Resources Management Well-Being Unit within OHCHR. Key responsibilities include:
* **Report and Document Management:** Providing essential support in the comprehensive editing, formatting, and proofreading of various reports, presentations, and official documents. This ensures high standards of clarity, accuracy, and consistency, aligning with organizational guidelines for both internal and external dissemination.
* **Partnership and Outreach Coordination:** Actively contributing to coordination efforts with academic institutions, research partners, and other external stakeholders. This involves facilitating communication, managing schedules, and supporting collaborative projects aimed at enhancing the unit's research and outreach capabilities in well-being.
* **Event and Training Logistics:** Assisting with the end-to-end planning, meticulous preparation, and logistical arrangements for a diverse range of well-being-focused trainings, workshops, seminars, and events. This encompasses tasks such as venue identification and booking, material development and distribution, participant registration and communication, and on-site support to ensure successful execution.
* **General Administrative and Project Support:** Performing other related administrative and project-based tasks as required by the Head of the Well-Being Unit. This includes maintaining records, conducting background research, and contributing to special initiatives that promote staff well-being and support the broader human rights mandate of OHCHR.
These responsibilities are performed under direct supervision, offering a structured learning environment and practical application of skills within a dynamic international human rights context.
Work Experience

Candidates' academic training, education, advanced coursework, or existing skills should demonstrate a clear benefit to the United Nations during the internship period.
