Processing personnel actions through Umoja, managing staff separations, and advising on visa matters are also core duties. Work Experience
A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in human resources or administrative services is required. This can be reduced to five years with a first-level university degree. Three years of experience within the UN Common System or a similar international organization is necessary. Experience with HR rules, entitlements, benefits, and ERP systems like Umoja and onboarding platforms such as Inspira is essential. Data analytics experience is desirable.
