Job Purpose

Review archived records to ensure completeness and proper documentation. Identify missing or inconsistent files and support follow-up actions to address documentation gaps. Collect, compile, and submit monthly inputs and reports on behalf of the unit. Perform other related administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor for on-the-job learning and development.
