Organizational Context
The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), within the UN Secretariat, hosts this internship in its Recruitment Services Unit (RSU), Human Resources Management Section (HRMS). Job Purpose
This internship aims to support the Recruitment Services Unit at the UN Economic Commission for Africa in enhancing its diversity and inclusion efforts. The intern will contribute to identifying outreach opportunities, drafting inclusive communications, and researching best practices in inclusive recruitment. Key contributions include developing knowledge products on diversity, assisting in recommendations for accessible workplaces, and supporting the planning of awareness campaigns. Responsibilities
