Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include analyzing the outcomes of the 11th Round of Salary Councils concerning gender and care, developing the analytical methodology, and constructing a corresponding database. This involves identifying key findings, trends, and areas for improvement. The role also entails formulating recommendations and strategies to advance equality in care within salary councils, incorporating feedback from ECLAC and the Ministry of Labor. Furthermore, the incumbent will contribute to analytical inputs on care policies and their link to the labor market, producing conceptual notes, comparative reviews, and other required documents for technical assistance and analysis.
Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in research, policy formulation, or technical assistance related to gender equality and care. Additionally, at least 2 years of experience in public policy analysis with a territorial and intersectional focus, and in developing analytical documents and strategic inputs for intergovernmental processes, is necessary. Prior experience with multilateral organizations or international cooperation projects is desirable.
