The Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Coordinator and the national team to secure the adoption, sustainability, and institutional continuity of projects, including retaining key technical capacities. This includes developing and implementing an integrated coordination framework, producing reports on alignment and mitigation results, and designing resource mobilization training programs. Additionally, the role involves developing sustainability and institutionalization plans for the Accelerator program and creating strategic engagement materials linking national implementation with international processes.
Work Experience
Requires 5-8 years of experience in climate project management, grant writing, and donor coordination, preferably in Latin America or within Mexican public institutions. A proven track record in accessing international climate finance and navigating public procurement processes is essential. Experience with CCAC, UNFCCC, or NDC implementation is desired.
