Job Purpose

The intern will also assist in preparing procurement documentation and coordinating administrative tasks. Responsibilities
Support the establishment and maintenance of internal supplier databases, including hotels and service providers, ensuring data accuracy and ease of retrieval. Conduct market research on suppliers and sectors to aid procurement activities, preparing summary notes and comparison tables. Assist in benchmarking exercises, such as price comparisons and trend analysis. Provide support for the Common Procurement Activities Group (CPAG), including data collection and document preparation. Help develop and organize a structured query tracking system for procurement-related questions. Assist in organizing historical records and knowledge resources for improved accessibility. Prepare basic procurement documentation, spreadsheets, and data summaries. Support internal coordination for contracts, supplier communications, and administrative follow-up. Perform other procurement-related tasks as assigned to support the unit's work programme.
Work Experience
No professional work experience is required for this internship. However, a field of study closely related to procurement is necessary. Familiarity with data organization, database management, or basic data analysis tools is considered an asset.
