Consultant - Workday Reporting and Integrations (ITS)

The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) serves as the Regional Office for the Americas of the World Health Organization (WHO).
Job Purpose
This consultancy supports the daily delivery, reliability, and rationalization of Workday reporting and integrations for PAHO's Management Information System (PMIS), ensuring effective data management and system connectivity.
Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transformation, RaaS, REST/SOAP). Analyze and rationalize the report catalogue. Develop and troubleshoot XML, XSLT, and JSON. Monitor and resolve integration failures. Specify and validate security requirements for reports and integrations. Provide first-line support for the reporting and integration layer. Assess Workday release impacts and perform regression testing. Document specifications, data dictionaries, and runbooks. Conduct knowledge transfer to PAHO staff.
Work Experience
At least three years of production experience with Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, calculated fields, Worksheets, and dashboards. At least two years of experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation. Demonstrated understanding of the Workday data model. Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON. Experience operating with separate Workday security administration and alongside an AMS or managed-service partner. Ability to elicit requirements from non-specialist business users, confirm written specifications, manage a prioritized backlog, document rigorously, and communicate effectively in English. Experience applying AI, analytics, or automation capabilities to enterprise reporting is desirable. Experience in a regulated, multi-country, or international organization environment is desirable.
