Organizational Context

The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) serves as the Regional Office for the Americas of the World Health Organization (WHO).

Job Purpose

To provide technical support to PAHO Mexico for the implementation of the 'Beat the Heat' project within the framework of the International Health Regulations (IHR) core capacities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the implementation of the 'Beat the Heat' project with federal, state, and municipal counterparts. Develop technical products and reports. Facilitate collaboration between PAHO, national authorities, and other relevant actors. Support the development and execution of heatwave simulation exercises. Assist in the operation of VBE during the World Cup. Monitor IHR capacities using the SPAR 2025 database.

Work Experience
