Job Purpose

This internship within the Human Resources department at IOM Ukraine in Kyiv aims to provide administrative support to the HR team. The intern will assist with various tasks, contributing to the efficient functioning of HR operations. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in HR administration within an international organization. The intern's contributions will support the HR team in managing correspondence, recruitment processes, record-keeping, and data collection, thereby enhancing the overall HR service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

The intern will report to the Chief of Mission, National Senior Human Resources Officer, and Senior Human Resources Specialist. Key responsibilities include managing and filing correspondence, scanning and copying documents, and conducting file research. The intern will also assist in arranging job interviews, contacting candidates, and posting vacancies on the IOM Ukraine website. Additional duties involve updating organigrammes, verifying monthly attendance records for selected units, and collecting data for danger pay verification and processing. Deliverables include updated organigrammes, verified attendance records, collected data for danger pay, and timely arrangement of interviews.
